"Very nice hotel "

"Small damages that made differences of perfect or not. Plug in bathroom sink broken and glue hanging down into sink. Seat in shower came out of wall. "

"It was a nice hotel but needs cleaning to be done and also nice staff!"

"Reported an issue with front office about leak, was advised by management if we said anything else about. A leak we would have to leave. Maintenance said he fixed issue all he done was caulked around tub however we have video and pics of issue that was never resolved. Also asked double bed during atya and was told we stick with one Queen bed. A couple staff members were very nice however management very rude , disresp ctful, don't care about guest issues or what damage to guest property occurs...
