Nice clean and close to the French Qtrs.
This is a nice 2 bd 2ba duplex. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe walking during the day. Getting an UBER or driving at night is recommended by many. The downfalls: don't leave any food out on the counter, tons of ants. If you have questions for the property manager, don't hold your breath. They don't answer. It doesn't matter what the question, it takes days before you hear from them. If you want to just watch local TV don't bother it isn't set up. I also wish there was some kind of information regarding what is around the area. There is a local store that at the end of the block, not very far, 2 min. They have staples, water, ice (none at the house) and they will cook food for you. We ordered fried chicken and fries for $7.99. The people who work at the store are really nice. This place is not a 5 star, but it is clean and the beds are comfy. The air conditioner works, but it isn't the best. Keeps the place cool.

I feel so lucky to have stayed in this wonderful accommodation for my trip to New Orleans with my daughter. The house was super clean, the accommodation is just as described, and it has everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the garden and porch are just great. The host was so kind and offered us his help several times, but we didn't need it because everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We stayed in this duplex for 5 days. The house was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. The back porch is a cute little hang out spot with little decorative lights. The front porch is cute as well. We would definitely stay in this property again.
