I booked the Grand Trio for a bachelorette group of 11 and, unfortunately, had to book somewhere else right away. As some of the other reviews mention, there is a homeless encampment directly across the street. As we were getting out of our Uber, the car behind us rolled down its window and told us to be really careful as this is not a safe part of town, which made us really uncomfortable. The listing led us to believe we were booking the whole place, but once inside, we realized there were actually many more units than the 3 mentioned in the listing. There was another group there for a bachelor party who also believed they'd have the space to themselves. We originally booked this place because the listing claims it's walking distance to Bourbon Street, but the walk is actually pretty far and through the roughest part of town.
There also wasn't a big enough indoor space for all 11 of us to be together in the same room. The outside area is nice, but it rained during our trip so it wouldn't have worked anyways.
The unsavory location, paired with the lack of space led us to book a different place and move the very first night. As we were moving our things out, I did notice a few bugs on one of the beds, though I'm not sure if they were already there when we arrived or came inside during the few hours we were there.
I will say that the owner of the property was kind and responded quickly. He gave us early check-in and detailed instructions for how to get into the property.
