I’d rather sleep outside
First of all these pictures had to be from the first day the put the listing up. This place looks NOTHING like the photos… dirty and they have termites. There were termite pellets everywhere. Bugs in the bed are you serious? Garbage outside and the ACs don’t work. No dressers to put your items and that back hasn’t been kept since they got the property. I was ignored for the most part by the host Karen. Please book anywhere but here. People work hard for their money.

It was a pretty good experience.
Over all it was a good experience. We were with our family and all had our own space. The way the home was set up was different but still a good experience. There was a cute large picture on the wall in the first room that kept unsticking from the wall so we had to keep fixing it. The guests before us hid all the dirty towles and trash in the basement so we cleaned up after them as well. We definitely tried to leave it better then we got it. But all in all we were grateful they let us check in early and it was cleaned up. I would upgrade the beds in the back 2 rooms and the coffee table in the living room if it was my place but that are just minor things. I would rate it a 4.5 all in all.

Run down
The house was very run down. We couldn’t get in easily and the picture that was taped to the wall was hanging when we walked in. There was hair all stuck to the tape on the picture, there was hair on the comforter in the bed. I was very disappointed in how dirty the bathroom was as well.

The main bed was on cynderblock(s), the couch/futon was stained and filthy, there were dirty towels left in 2 drawers.
