Perfect Getaway
Charming, clean and in a great area with easy access to popular NOLA attractions. Beds were super comfy, quiet area and great restaurants nearby. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in NOLA.

This is a clean, quiet, and well located property where we had an excellent experience. The apartment photos are accurate. We had plenty of space for 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to New Orleans.

Great rental
The house is perfectly located Uptown near the Prytania and Magazine commercial areas but on a quiet block. The place is perfectly sized for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and linens. The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and temp in the showers. The only caveat is that stairs between the upstairs living space and the downstairs kitchen and second bathroom are pretty steep. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for family!
We felt safe and comfortable at the apartment and the host was easy to communicate with. Walking distance to restaurants and shops but far enough from the French Quarter to feel like a residential area. Would stay again!

Nice place in good location. The only negative is that the kitchen is on the first floor and the bedrooms, living room and one of the bathrooms are on the second floor - 19 stairs up.

Welll stocked. Great communication. Clean. Great location. Only issue was neighbors in the duplex came home around 4 am each morning and made so much noise we couldn’t sleep. Obviously, not the owners fault. Everything else was fabulous.

Amazing uptown apartment
This apartment was perfect for me, my husband and son as we explored colleges in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we needed for a weeklong stay! The location is perfect! Located in Uptown New Orleans, you were able to walk to Whole Foods, and wonderful shops and restaurants right in the neighborhood. It’s a great location and we met lots of nice people in the neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect
The place was perfect for us! There were 4 of us in town for the Essence Festival. The location was great. We were able to walk to a couple of neighborhood restaurants and bars. There’s one right across the street that was a fun place to grab a beer or two. The prices were more than reasonable. The layout of the apartment was so ideal. Yes I he steps are steep but you get use to it. But to have 2 bedrooms separated by the living room was nice. Everyone had their space and privacy. There was plenty of room to spread . We will definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break with Teens
Good space for two different generations. With 2 baths and an additional sitting area (with TV) in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Perfect for a little separation in the evening. The beds are comfortable and the towels are luxurious. Will definitely stay again.

A bus stop is right in front. It is walking distance to a good bakery. The place was very clean and comfortable. We did not cook but everything was there to do so.

It was a nice, cozy place in a good location right on the bus line that will take you downtown. It also isn't too far away from the street car. The host was very responsive in replacing a battery in the smoke detector, but we did have to purchase our own toilet paper because the cleaning crew didn't leave any extra and we were there for ~10 days. We didn't notice until the day after Christmas so the host wasn't able to drop off more. It has a full kitchen which was nice and a Roku TV so you can stream from the major platforms.
