"I have stayed many times at Ocean. I always enjoyed the stay. This time I was upset when checking in I asked John, the man at the counter if my reservation for an ocean view suite is available. He told me that the room is available and just being cleaned. I asked him 2 times and he told me the same thing. We waited 2 hours for the email that he told me I would receive when the room was ready. I finally went back up to the counter to ask if the room was ready. At that point I was told that the Ocean Suite was not available. I didn’t appreciate being told that it was and in the end really wasn’t. We did stay in a bay view suite which was fine but I didn’t like being lied to. "
