One evening we sat on the porch swing and just enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Great place for a romantic getaway! Easy access to the Gruene and New Braunfels for food, music and shopping. Cabin’s outdoor living area/ hot tub area is a little outdated, but we will be back and check out a different cabin next time. For long weekend a cabin facing the creek would provide more privacy. Grocery stores are very close to the property in case you forgot anything."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and it was only a short drive to restaurants and Gruene. We spent a day in Gruene Tx enjoying all the shops, the fabulous food at the Grustmill Restaurant and listening to live music at Gruene Hall. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us.
