"The location was great for our visit and day trips to Heidelberg, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. It was a very easy drive back to the Frankfurt Airport on our day of depart. "No staff present at when we arrived or left. Hotel room was nice and clean but the heat was off when we arrived so it took a bit of time to warm it up. Parking was available nearby but not associated with the hotel the payment machines we all not accepting credit cards (broken somehow), only had 50 EUR bills which also weren’t accepted so it took a but of time to find a place that would provide change."
