Perfect spot for families with young kids

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has a really functional kitchen so we were able to cook a lot of meals here. The pool was perfect for young swimmers (decent sized shallow end) and we loved hanging out on the dock, crabbing and kayaking. With plenty of adult bikes, we took a trip each morning to the playground too. We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our time here. It was spacious, quiet, and beautiful. Waking up and seeing bald eagles was an extra special bonus. Matt was wonderful to work with. The house and setting fit our family well.

Fabulous Family Fun

Our family of 11 had a fabulous week at your home. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and very well supplied. Adults and children spent hours in the pool and fishing on the dock. Wonderful Home

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week here. Everything was just like the web pictures. The setting is spectacular, the house exceptionally clean, the pool area perfect for relaxing. There are about 5 or 6 Kayaks / Paddle Boards in the Crab Shack, and 7 or 8 bikes and helmets in the detached garage. The ping pong table was a huge hit as was the Corn Hole. Many hours were spent relaxing in the hanging chairs under the wisteria. The wine cooler in the pool house, another one in the mudroom by the ice machine, plus a third one in the breakfast nook in addition to the big ones in the kitchen and garage provided all the convenient food and beverage storage you could ask for. The entire family really enjoyed the week. I highly recommend this beautifully furnished, outstanding home.

Wonderful stay

Great property. The house has been beautifully remodeled and the outdoor space is fantastic with a number of areas to kick back. The owners were also incredibly hospitable, checking in to ensure we were having a good time and even leaving fresh caught crab in a trap for us. Great property and great stay.

Everyone loved the house. The house was nicely decorated, all new appliances and great location.

I would definitely rent this house again. The grandkids loved the property. There was plenty to do - swimming, crabbing and playing the games in the garage.

Relaxing on the Waterfront

This was a beautiful property with a great location. We enjoyed cooking and dining at this home. We also had a lot of fun kayaking and fishing. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit near the water in the early evening. We look forward to coming back to this property.

All-around perfect in Neavitt

All of us to the person enjoyed our time at this property. We had 3 teens, a 20-something, and mom & dad. We have never stayed at a property that had so much to offer, especially for the kiddos. They kayaked, paddle-boarded, used the sauna, played pool & ping-pong, and biked. There wasn’t a need to be on their phones or social media unless they were posting pics of the fun they were having. The home is spacious enough to give everyone their own space and it was beautifully appointed. We WILL return!

Immaculate, cozy, family friendly home with breathtaking waterfront views.

This house was the perfect place for an end of summer vacation. It was calm and relaxing, and complete with just about anything we would need or want. The owners were very friendly, and helpful, and just a text away if we had a question about somethung at the house. We look forward to coming back!
