Really nice, a little overpriced given wifi issue
George was kind enough to meet us given we were at the wrong meeting point. The apartment was very modern and kept in very good condition, really nice balcony and cleaned every day. Our only issue was the wifi, connected to one device only..we had 4 with 2 mobiles and 2 tablets. Instead of staying on for extra days, we did move up the road to another place with better wifi and better price

Amateur approach
We stayed at the property four days during August. It was a nice apartment but overall the service was amateur. The basic negative things that did not meet our standards were: 1. Shutter on the window or at least a really dark curtain in order to ensure the privacy and to block the sunlight every morning. Also when I complained for this to the responsible person, the answer was totally amateur and unprofessional (we cannot do anything, now is very late, maybe next year etc). This is basic mistake. At least you have to show that you are trying for the best... 2. Not proper area outside to hang the wet clothes and swimwear. We are on the beach side these things are obvious. 3. The cleaning service was not discrete, knocking all the time and asking impolitely when we will leave to proceed. Apart from this no changes of the towels every day. I totally respect the work but also our holidays have to be respected as well. Consequently, it is a modern fully renovated and comfortable apartment but the above points should be corrected. Recommended after these improvements.

Beautifully decorated, clean suite. I'm normally picky with where I stay and I was very happy with this location. Quick communication. Loved the outdoor balcony.

Great location and balcony
A brand new apartment that is really lovely, the balcony is the highlight. it is large (which is great b/c the room is small). We spent most of our in-room time on the balcony. St George beach is a 2 min walk with 2 supermarkets less than 10m away. The old port and town is a 10 min walk. it is a great location, quiet at night. The only point I will make is that the curtains do not block out the natural light, we had to wear eye masks. Being on holiday, I am keen to sleep in and not be up at 5.30am and that can be hard as the sun is really really bright. You have some basic utilities, plates, fry pan, pots so you can make food and a coffee percolator which is also great b/c what Greece does to coffee is a crime.
