Nice condo, beautiful, safe property. Check in process could have been explained a little better. You have to go a block away and check in at the Vacasa office. All the texts leading up to the stay were great but this could have been made a little more clear. Also, multiple texts saying if we can check in early we will be notified is kind of misleading if there is no intention to allow early check in. The condo and stay itself was great otherwise.

Some aspects were a bit dated, like the countertops, the toilets and some worn paint on some of the doors here and there. It was still nice enough for the offseason price. I did encounter one roach the last day where the trashcan is located. The biggest downside to thisnproperty is it being on the 1st floor right anove the very busy pool area For that reason alone, i would not pay the inseason rate for this property. .

Nice condo

The condo was nice. The kitchen needs knives in a HUGE way. The condo was cool and clean, the beds were way too hard for our liking but we were able to sleep.

Nice location.

Great location to the beach. We were on the 1st floor and it was nice and quiet even though we were near the pool. The bathroom in the primary bedroom did have a weird noise come out or the exhaust if the light had been on too long. We really enjoyed it. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. The place could’ve been cleaned better though and stocked a little better (2 trash bags and 2 rolls of tp for the week?). Two calls to management were not returned.

Nice and convenient

This was a really cozy condo. A few cosmetic blemishes, but nothing that made our stay any less appealing. It's on the first floor, so no long waits for the elevator and even when the elevator was down after a HUGE storm, 1 flight of stairs didn't hurt any of us. It is next door to the gym so plan on waking up early if the beefcakes decide to slam the machines very early in the morning. Location was perfect. Easy access and right next door to the pier and a great seafood restaurant. Our family had a great time!!!

Great location BUT…

The location was great! However. I’m sure we will all need chiropractic care after sleeping for a week on the horrible beds. All of the mattress were worn out! The carpets had lots of stains.

Nice Condo with Pier View

Easy parking, loved the nearby pier, the condo was nice. The master bed definitely needs replacing…can’t even turn over without waking up because the bed is so so squeaky loud and the mattress needs replacing. The queen bed could also use a new mattress. Little disappointed that you can’t actually see the beach from this first floor condo because of the lay of the land. The pool is directly outside the balcony so there is a lot of action. We did enjoy the three bathrooms for our family of seven. Nice place to stay!

Beautiful beach

This is our second time staying in this unit. We love the location and easy accessibility. We have brought several friends and family members with us and like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We love that the condo is next to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. For $1 you can walk out on it. I recommend going early in the morning...we saw dolphins, sea turtles, sharks, squid, and lots of different types of fish. The beach was beautiful and the kids had already returned to school in Florida so it was not too packed with people. We enjoyed Dewey's for dinner! There were a couple of cleanliness issues...the glass tabletop should be removed on the dining table to clean out the small bugs that have died underneath. We didnt notice this last year I assume because there was a centerpiece and placemats on the table. The shower curtain liner in the front room should be replaced as it has mold on it. The couch covers should be washed. We noticed a small blood stain on the large chair which we cleaned. Other than these small issues, we did have a problem with loud parties at the pool at 2am. This did not happen last year. When we called the office they gave us the number to the sheriff's department if it happened again and also said they would try to find out who it was and address them. It didn't happen again after we reported it. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely return! Tip: talk with the chair guy as soon as you get there. If you need extra chairs he will make you a weekly/ daily deal and reserve them for you each morning. You will want to be on the front row!

Very Nice

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had beautiful balcony views of pool and ocean. Some of the TV remote controls didn't have batteries. That's the only issue that we had. This was a great place to take our family and would highly reccomend it.
