As fotos no anúncio da casa mostram exatamente como é tudo. Muito bonito, limpo, arrumado. O anfitrião sempre muito prestativo e gentil. Perto da praia, de mercadinhos, local tranquilo e sem barulho. Segurança 24 com alarmes e empresa de monitoramento. Piscina com cascata deliciosa... Recomendo à todos! Retornando a Natal com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui.

Viajamos em família, um total de 11 adultos e 2 crianças, ficamos encantados com a casa, com a prestatividade do anfitrião. A limpeza extremamente bem feita, a casa tem todos os utensílios necessários, jogos, decoração, realmente ficamos "em casa". Foi ótimo, super indico. Ah, a localização é ótima.

Vicente foi super prestativo e disponível. Se ajustou de forma que facilitou muito a nossa chegada e saída. A casa é confortável e bem espaçosa, exceto a garagem que é um pouco apertada para manobrar, mas não é nenhum problema. Está fiel ao anunciado. A localização é perfeita perto da melhor praia que visitamos (visitamos 3 praias diferentes durante os 4 dias que ficamos). O local é super arejado e tem tudo. Maquina de lavar, utensílios domésticos, ar condicionado em todos os quartos.... Enfim...Foi tudo ótimo! Recomendo e voltaria com a minha família sem pensar duas vezes.

Desde que nos interessamos pelo imóvel tivemos total suporte do Sr. Vicente e sua esposa. Todas as dúvidas foram sanadas rapidamente o que nos passou muita segurança! No momento do check-in fomos muito bem recebidos e fomos apresentados a casa que estava IMPECÁVEL, tudo funcionando e tem TUDO! Todos os itens básicos e até os não essenciais além de ser tudo de ótima qualidade. Casa ampla, arejada, muito bem projetada, com alarmes, cerca elétrica, grades em todas as janelas, o que nos passou bastante segurança! A casa possui muito mais itens do que informado na descrição o que surpreende na chegada! Durante a estadia o Sr. Vicente continuou nos auxiliando e sempre perguntando se estava tudo certo ou se precisávamos de algo. O Sr. que faz a limpeza da piscina e que cuida do jardim foi muito simpático e educado. No check-out também foi tudo tranquilo. Foi tudo perfeito!! Sem problemas, atrasos ou falta de suporte! Só temos o que agradecer ao Sr. Vicente e família! Parabéns! A família Nascimento vai voltar com certeza!

Experiência fantástica em hospedar na casa Brisa do Mar onde fomos recepcionados pelo proprietário Sr. Vicente que rapidamente nos apresentou todas facilidades da casa.
