「Very lovely, nicely decorated and very clean property. Very private and safe. Micah was prompt for pick-up from and return to airport next morning. Just a caution: stairs to upper rooms are very narrow and steep, but Micah was very helpful getting luggage up and down for us.」

「Great location with easy access to local taxi’s and right on the local bus route. Large roomy living spaces with views of the water and large patio to relax and watch the ships come in. Sonal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful time, perfect weather in February.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s beautiful house. We were looking for a house away from downtown and the nice pool & quiet beach across the street were both a hit with my family. Additional features worth mentioning include great views from the decks/porch, 3 bathrooms (including 1 on first floor), and decent snorkeling right in front of house. We also leveraged Shawn’s driver service. It was more expensive than a rental car, but it made for a convenient experience getting around the island. 」

「Location is beautiful and quiet, it’s just aways from town. We rented a car since there were 7 of us and that worked just perfect. Host is excellent at responding and communicating. We had a great time! Pool was nice, although we did swim in the ocean everyday. 」

「This house was wonderful for all ages. We felt very secure and safe during all parts of our stay due to the alarm system and gated property. The ocean and soft sand were the highlights of our trip. We would hang out every day in the ocean for hours!」

「The property has seen better days, the pool is too cold to use - not heated, road is fairly busy & loud and other guests are coming & going in the cottages. The main house is spacious but little ants are all over the kitchen. Cornelia (host) is very responsive and had no security issues during our stay.」

「Beautiful villa for our large group, chartering a Captain out of Palm Cay. We prefer to be away from downtown, so this was perfect for us. 」

「Property overall was nice. Communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen was nice as well. Suggestions would be a bigger bed, a TV in the 2nd bedroom. Also an end table on both sides of the bed would be helpful and a shelf in the tub to hold your soap and shampoo. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again. These changes would make it great.」

「Dealing with Manager and all his suggested contacts (shuttle, chef, maintenance) were all excellent with their work and contacting. House in general was difficult getting use to; where stairs are located and how they are built at angles, stairs and loft areas how to negotiate, find switches and what they controlled, etc.」

「The house is huge and the views are amazing. It is a little off the beaten path for convenience of getting places if you don’t have a car. The grocery store is a 20 minute walk each way. We pretty much didn’t see a reason to leave because we had everything we needed on the property. The snorkeling to the right of the house is amazing!! Bring your own gear because the house stuff is all broken.」
