The property was decent. I wasn't happy with the room and considering they were not sold out or even busy for that matter, I should have been alloted a better room on a higher floor. I was given a lower floor room closer to the gym and breakfast area with a lot of commotion. The fridge in the room was noisy and had to unplug it through the night and the bathroom handle was broken.

The staff was very nice. A few reasons I picked this hotel was the suite, the bar, airport shuttle. The room was clean so to speak but the rug was stained we didn’t dare walk around without shoes on, the couch was disgusting. So dirty and stained we had to put a blanket down to sit on it. The air conditioner was super loud I had to shut it off in the middle of the night just to get some sleep despite sweating. It was our last night in Nashville knowing we had an early flight we wanted a place just to chill and have some snacks and drinks but the bartender never showed up to work so the bar was closed. We ended up going to a neighboring hotel for a drink and bite for dinner. The area shuttle was a surprise and much appreciated as we used it to go to lunch. Sadly we hoped to use the airport shuttle the next morning at 5:20 but were told we couldn’t get the shuttle till 6am even though the website says 4am-midnight. Breakfast was not available when we left I guess they serve later on the weekend which could have been my oversight when booking so I can’t speak on the quality. We saw many hotel shuttles at the airport when our Uber dropped us off before 6am so with that said next time we will stay somewhere else.

During my two-night stay, I encountered the following issues: The room's amenities were outdated, with non-functional USB charging ports and power outlets. The dim lighting and water splashing onto the floor during showers added to the discomfort. The worn-out pillows didn't contribute to a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel's policy of cleaning rooms every other day wasn't upheld when I requested fresh towels. The basic breakfast offered was not enjoyable. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the airport and convenient parking were notable features.

This is one of the best hotel stays I have had recently. The staff was very helpful and helped me check in early, which made my day so much better. The facilities were comfortable and clean.

Amazing property all around. I called a day or 2 before check in because I needed to make a last minute change to my accommodations and the gentleman at the front desk who I cannot remember the name of was amazing and able to get me taken care of even though it was last minute. Check in went smoothly and the shuttle driver Bob was a sweetheart. The next morning I went to the breakfast area and there was a young lady again I cannot recall her name but she seemed to be the only one working the breakfast area that weekend and it was pretty busy but she handled it amazingly. The food was great and so was the service. There were some impatient guests that I don’t think realized how busy she was and handling things on her own so I made sure to tell her how much she was appreciated and how amazing of a job she was doing because sometimes that’s what we need to hear on days like that. Overall amazing experience! The only minor issue I had is during check in I asked for a playpen for my nephew that was staying one night with me and was told one would be brought to my room and I had to leave to make a dinner reservation and when I came back I asked again and was told they don’t offer those. But besides that 10/10!

Nice new property conveniently located to BNA. Our room had a water leak on the AC which made the carpet wet. Made the room smell musky. I reported to the office and they said they knew, and several rooms had the same problem.

Hotel system was down upon arrival and could not check in. Overnight approximately 5 vehicles including mine were broken into. Hotel was aware this is an issue with car break ins. In other areas with high crime and break ins they have off duty cops working to help reduce this issue. This hotel didn’t employ security or off duty officers. I would not recommend staying here if you are driving into Nashville. If you don’t have a vehicle you should be fine.
