The property is located very close to town and it was very clean. It’s actually a duplex with another duplicate unit attached but it was no issue for us. Plenty of parking for all and we only saw the neighbors once.

We enjoyed the location and beauty of the home! It would have been nice to know before hand that this was a duplex, just so we weren’t surprised. It’s a good idea to bring extra blankets. There’s also no hand towels or hand soap, so bring those with you. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

We had a great time! Rental was spacious and clean! Great location - we loved it! The only thing worth noting is the one room with twin beds is that they are trundle beds - this was totally fine but would have been helpful to know ahead of time and we could have used an extra blanket. Pristine, well decorated. Dissapointed that it was not disclosed it is a shared house w 2 apartments. Master bedroom mattress is awful. No info in the house on area, no info on wifi, had to call and ask, microwave didnt work- had to call twice to get replacement. Great floor plan and location. This house is a big business rental.

Perfect quiet place to stay while visiting the Nashville area!
We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was comfortable and spacious for our friend group of six to stay for four nights. The house is split like a duplex. So, if you're in the living room, you can hear people in the other side coming and going, but otherwise we couldn't tell anyone was next door. The owner walked by as we were sitting on the front porch and we talked a bit. Very personable, friendly, and honest! I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay if you're visiting the Nashville/Franklin area for a few days!
