Great place with good access to entertainment

This was our first time in Nashville and we had a great experience. The lofts were so close to all of the entertainment and we were very comfortable there during our stay. The place was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again!

Coulda used more toilet paper, kleenex, couple light bulbs out, and we couldnt find the remote for the tv. The place was wonderful, clean and perfect location. When we come back, we'll definitely book again

Very nice condo for a family Great location !!!

Our stay was amazing! Close enough to take the kids back for a nap and some snacks. With a sitter we were able to sneak away for a little adult adventure. Love it!!!!

The loft was beautiful, walking distance to all we needed. Toilet in master bathroom needs to be leveled. Wished the rooms weee completely closed in as we could hear everything.

Perfect location for a Nashville stay

Great location and accommodation! We were able to walk everywhere. But you better not even say a word while walking in the halls because apparently the rule is COMPLETE silence and the security guard was super rude which I did not appreciate. He could have asked us not to talk while walking to the elevator politely.

Under 10 min walk to anywhere!

It was the perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend in Nashville! Close to evvvverything (although it is a moderate uphill walk TO the loft from broadway just FYI) and it had all the essentials ! (Extra towels, hairdryer, good A/C, etc) we loved it. Beds were nice, extra pillows, quiet, and perfect! Actually if you go towards the garbage room area you will come out inside of a bar in printers alley! Upon leaving, we left our bags with the valet guy at the courtyard Marriott next door which was free and just left them a tip! Also the loft is literally next to Starbucks :) Would definitely stay again !!

Nashville stay

Fabulous location, within walking distance to Broadway street. Subway and great Mexican food in the lobby. Unit was a bit dark with no clear windows, claustrophobic, could hear other tenants. Power was out in bathrooms, took two phone calls and a day and half for repair. Was ridiculous that they expected us to bring garbage to dirty, dark basement dumpster after our stay!

Quick into to Nashville

We spent 2 nights here on our Spring Break road trip. We checked out 12 South and The Gulch before check-in. We parked in the garage next to the condo. Location was perfect for exploring Broadway. Didn’t get in the car again until check out. Condo is clean and spacious.

Family getaway

The loft was perfect size for our family of 4 (2 teenagers included). It was so easy that the little things were there for us, detergent, dish soap, trash bags, etc. The location could not have been any better, within a couple of blocks for everything. Walking distance from so many different places. Would definitely stay again. The only negative comments we had was the cleaninliness could have been better. We used the sheets for the fold out couch, and the sheets were not clean. Found food on the floor near the couch, lots of dust in the corners. We cleaned and washed sheets again. Would still stay in this location again. Check-in and check-out was very convenient. Safe location and building.

First time Fam of 5 in Nashville

This was a really cool loft with comfortable appointments. It was really close to Everything on Broadway, easy walk to the river and view of Nissan Stadium. Everything you need right around you; restaurants, corner store, pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. The only thing I wish I had known in advance: they recommend parking next-door, but the cost was $45 a day so be prepared to look around or pay that high of a price if you want to be right next-door. But I will say there are parking spots right in front for short term parking. You can scan a QR code and pay. Also, it is extremely noisy. They do provide earplugs but when I mean noisy, I mean you will hear every single footstep above you and next to you and everybody else in the loft that is staying with you. You will hear everything they are doing. Overall, this did not ruin our stay by any means. But good to know going in if you’re sensitive to noise especially while sleeping.
