Amazing!

My friend and I stayed here during our spring break and it was perfect! It was a quick 20 minute walk to Broadway street. The place was very clean/accurate to the description.

Cute Place on the River

We loved the location of this place. It was very close to Broadway and surrounding areas. There were great coffee shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for two people. We stayed here during the week as we came for a concert at the Ryman. The noise level of other guest wasn't too bad but there were some bachelorette parties rolling in and we were glad to be leaving.

Location is excellent, the unit is clean, bed comfortable. Used the pool but was unable to access the gym and laundry due their not been a fob for that, two bath towels for 5 days, would have been nice to wash them or have a couple of other ones. Lovely unit, very clean, very close to everything, would go back.

River view

Property is as described clean and comfortable walkable to Broadway street during the day evening questionable. A few repairs needed cabinet over toilet needs to be attached to wall very unstable and bath exhaust fan needs cleaning. Enjoyed the stay would go back again.

Perfect for three friends!

Property was easy to check-in to, and we were notified that we could check in early on our day of arrival which was nice! Very clean, lots of extra linens for the pull out couch (which was surprisingly comfortable). We used rideshare apps to get everywhere, but most things we wanted to do were within a 5-10 min drive! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Nashville!

Music trip

I forget to bring kids! Wish there was coffee shop closer. Walking distance to downtown bars. Clean newly done place. Felt safe and quiet. Nice state park nearby and farmers market near! Cute shops not far very close to minor league baseball stadium

Owner needs to make a couple changes

Everything was awesome however a couple changes need to be made… the tub was very slippery and there are no grab bars or a no slip mat, I almost fell twice. The kitchen had a keurig coffee maker but no coffee pods for it. The door knob to the condo has a lock box on it and it is difficult to open and close and the door lock is finicky. Nice place and quiet, I would stay here again.

Clean and full updated place

Was pleasantly surprised to see the unit was brand new (including the furniture). The place is very well designed, very clean and had everything we needed (including extra bedding, blankets, pillows and towels). The area feels a bit weird at first since it is surrounded by parking lots, but as soon as you pass them you are right in the heart of Germantown. Was about 20 min to walk to Broadway.

Perfect for two!

Great little condo. Living room furniture is not very comfortable, but the bed is very comfortable!!! We walked to broadway, market, etc without any issues. As in any City, you will pass homeless camping/sleeping especially on 1st street by the River. However, we never felt unsafe. If this bothers, go to second or third and then go to Broadway and sights. 10 key code is a bit lengthy, but keep it on your phone and you’ll do fine.

Mixed Feelings

I have really mixed feelings about this rental. It was by far the cleanest place we've stayed in. It was decorated really cute and worked well for two people. So the unit itself (this is a condo in a condo complex) was really nice. BUT ... it is a condo in a complex. The first night the people above us came home around 2am and I could hear them. Around 2:30 there seemed to be an argument going on outside which was just a little scary but it did get quiet then. It's located in a somewhat industrial area with a cement company nearby. We could hear beeping from trucks backing up while it was still dark out. It IS located near a few nice/fun places to eat and drink.

Great size condo for two.

This cute, nicely appointed condo near the riverfront has plenty of space for two. It sleeps more but there is no door on the bedroom if you need privacy. Near the Germantown area which has plenty of bars and restaurants you could walk to in a few minutes. Not really close to Broadway but that’s not where we were wanting to go anyway. Bring extra towels because there is not laundry in the unit and our allotment was minimal. The door lock was complicated with 10 digits and no instructions. No live tv unless you subscribe to UTube TV. Netflix was available.
