Unique house but could use some upkeep!
Our family enjoyed the house and our time in TN, but the house needs some work as many things were not in good shape. Kitchen sink only had a drip of running water - we had to use the bar sink. Most baths had broken toilet paper holders &/or towel racks. Two showers did not drain (which was disgusting) and there were too few towels for a house this size. The master curtains did not work which made for a dark room & no access to the porch. Living room rug is a trip hazard - corners are rolled up. Garage man door was broken so no access there. The golf simulator did not work, 4/5 pool cues had no tips and ping pong paddles were broken. The TV had 5 remotes and no instructions. Lastly and most concerning was the driveway - it is incredibly steep, narrow and windy which made pulling in (esp at night) alarming. The house has potential, but definitely needs a fresh coat of pain, clean carpet & some maintenance! The house was nicely stocked with supplies - coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. And the hot tub worked well!
