The elevator seemed like it needed work there was an old smell when we got off the elevator, needs more seating for breakfast people were standing to eat. Two of my kids drank the water that was complimentary and both got sick, cant prove thats what made them sick but they are the only two who drank it and the only two that got sick. Hotel needs to be updated everything seemed dark and older. Didnt have a lively feeling.

Perfect for a quick overnight during a road trip. It is very dated and worn, but clean. The staff were so nice and friendly. Free breakfast was a nice perk, and had plenty of options.

the hotel was clean, staff was professional. queen beds were not queen size, they were much smaller than typical queen. the wife and I had a hard time sharing the bed. my kids 15/16 were in the same boat. did not sleep well due to that.

I decided on this property due to the reviews and because I have stayed at Hyatt properties in other cities. However, this one missed the mark on so many levels. The room overall had a dirty feel to it. The carpet was stained. The bed linen wasn't crisp and the bathroom was so tiny you literally could not turn around without bumping into something. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone but especially if you're traveling with someone you may not otherwise undress in front of because you will surely have to come out of the bathroom to dress after showering. There is probably less than a foot of space between the bed, shower and door (give or take). Not to mention they apparently do not have pest control as there was an infestation of lady bugs or "Asian Lady Beetles" as the General Manager corrected me on. When I first arrived and noticed there was an issue surrounding the window seal and AC unit, I immediately went down to the front desk to alert the on staff manager. She very quickly acknowledged that it was an issue and proceeded to state that they did not have any housekeeping still on staff nor did they have a vacuum. She informed me that she could send someone the next day, but never did. Later that night, she contacted me back to say she had located a vacuum and I was welcome to come down and get it to clean my room?! GIRL WHAT?!! Not to mention the breakfast is disgusting! The waffle mix tasted like something I have never tasted before. Definitely -0/10.

I was disappointed in the shower curtains they used and how I had to ask to have mine replaced since it was almost a foot too long at the bottom. I’m not sure how this was missed when HK cleans the rooms regularly. The down comforters have mold inside and if you shine a flashlight through them you can see the amount of mold inside. The worse part was the lack of property management from the desk staff. The boiler went down at about 11pm one night. I reported it to the desk and they never issued an emergency work order to have plumbers come out right away. Instead they waited until the morning and kept the entire hotel without hot water for over 16 hours. No sense of urgency.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
I am a Hyatt fan and I really wanted to like this place but there were a few issues. We had no hot water on the second day of our stay. This caused us to run late. The cleaning people came, we told them we would be out in 10 minutes. They said they were going upstairs. I thought that meant they would be back. They never came back and made the room. There is only one ice machine which is on the sixth floor abd we were on the 1st floor, I have stayed in many Hyatts. I will not stay in this one one again.
The property cost $50 more a night to book on the Hyatt website than Expedia. I later found out that I would not receive point for my stay since I didnt book on Hyatt. The price should be the same or lower to book directly. We know that Hyatt will pay Expedia for the booking. Why is it cheaper. This makes no sense. Let me book at the same price and give me the points.

Poorly managed. No hot water. No food in cafe for breakfast and not even coffee available. Given a lot of excuses. Confidence in other areas were in question when the cafe was in such filthy and empty conditions. Not the type of arrangements we anticipated. I was the person who plans where the group stays, and I am embarrassed..

We had no hot water Saturday night nor Su day and unable to wash hands cleanly nor enjoy the full breakfast but most of all no showers 😬😬. My hotel staff suggested contacting Expedia to get a refund for the one night however, when I did the live chat, I cannot get anybody to return the chat. There isn’t a direct number for me to call. I tried to reply to an email sent from Expedia and it was returned. I really would like to speak to a representative to try to get this refund
