Great Property But Location Highly missleading.
Map and directions/times indicate property is much closer to downtown then it actually is. Much closer to a 20+ minute walk and 10+ minute uber ride to anywhere near downtown.

BEWARE LOCATION- Far From Downtown
Apartments are new, well equipped and clean. Entrance is very confusing as you must enter and exit via obscure parking garage. Front Entrance is kept locked including for exiting which seems like a fire hazard in my opinion. BIG PROBLEM is the location and walk times in the listing. The only “City Views” are barely the tops of two tall buildings downtown. That is how far from the center it is. Prepare for a 15 minute drive to center and that is without traffic. The 12South neighborhood is a 25 minute walk to Draper James and Frothy Monkey. I did call management and explained the error and was told it is an “issue with VRBO”. Even if that is the case, the actual distance descriptions are extremely misleading. Make sure to check if location is suitable for you and factor in a lot of Uber/Lyft fares if going back and forth to downtown. 8th & Roast and a Publix are nearby and Zanie’s Comedy club is also close.

Weekend fun
We very much enjoyed our stay at the condos. They were clean and spacious for everyone. Only negatives are that it was definitely that it was NOT in walking distance to Broadway and the sound carries a lot in these places so if you are in a group that doesn’t sleep in, you won’t either. I could be mistaken but I thought we would have rooftop access as well and we didn’t. That would’ve been a nice feature.
