Great Location in East Nashville!
This place is in a wonderful location in East Nashville! Pros: - location was awesome (walk to 5 points, cheap/quick ride to Broadway) - clean - large bedrooms, beds, bathrooms (very comfy!) - perfect for a group of friends, couples, large family, etc - super safe and quiet building Cons: - Don't plan on doing much cooking, not well stocked in the kitchen - not enough bath towels for a stay (only one per person) - dishwasher soap latch does not open - tried running multiple times (hopefully they fix this ASAP) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly easy to walk everywhere in the 5 points area and a super quick Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway (like $12-$25 for an XL), I would just recommend upping the kitchen and bath supplies. For a place that sleeps 8 people, there was barely enough silverware for one meal. Providing some cooking supplies like basic seasonings, oil or spray, and pot holders would be nice as well. No mixing bowls present. The dishwasher also needs to be fixed. Would recommend to couples and friend groups!

Difficult Experience, poor execution on problem resolution
I waited a few days before putting this into a review so to ensure better objectivity. Since booking this property months in advance for my daughters wedding, I had a good idea that my flight would get me in much earlier than the noted 4pm check-in. As such I asked property management well in advance if it would be possible to get in a little earlier than the 4pm, since I had some coordination to deal with and wanted to drop my luggage. They indicated that it would not be a problem but could not guarantee how much earlier. When I called at 2:30 (90 min before check-in), they told me that I should be receiving the building access codes shortly. I arrived at the building at 3:05 and called again, they once again told me I would be receiving the access code momentarily. Well, at precisely 4:00, the access code was received. Thanks for the assist on this...NOT. Once in the unit, I found it to be dirty, with stains on the kitchen counter, misc. grime on the doors, scuff marks on the walls, dirty sheets, fridge icemaker/water dispenser filter alarms lit, dirty ceiling fan blades, broken shower door handle, slider door curtain hanging off rod and no working tv remotes (all required batteries). If their was a way to post pics, her I would have. This was not my first rental using VRBO and especially in Nashville, have done it on several occasions. Very upsetting on how poor the property management was to address my concerns. Just did not seem to care, since they had my $.

Awesome stay!!
This is a must stay! Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything. We walked every day but a short Uber ride and you are in the heart of the action.

Just as described. Great location
In Nashville for a girls weekend for 7. Sleeping arrangements were ample. One of us had to sleep in the bunk which was fine. Check-in & communication were either through the app or via text so super easy. Response was incredible as we did run into a few issues which were addressed immediately - asked for extra towels, issues with water pressure in 1 of the bathroom sinks & issue w/temperature control in another bathroom shower. Had to replace coffee pot as it was cracked. Location was great - several restaurants within walking distance. Recommend Butcher and Bee. Cilantro had great margs adn guac. Snooze was a great breakfast option, We walked back from Nissan stadium following a concert & also walked down to Broadway one day. It's a little bit of a walk but certainly doable. The only thing I would recommend is providing more towels (& washcloths). Initial supply was only 1 per person and w/7 girls, you know that's not going to work. Plus, there were not enough wash cloths provided. As mentioned, this was addressed immediately. I would also recommend maybe putting up a curtain to the doorway where the bunk area is as there is no privacy. One last thing, i get that it is for security reasons but no one in our group felt a security code every day to the unit was necessary. Would have been better if it was the same throughout our stay (& then changed for the next guests). One night, we were caught off guard and couldn't get in but then someone realized it was after midnight.
