We have rented many properties over the years. This one has pros and cons. Here are the pros: Great location close to downtown and Nissan Stadium, comfy beds, washer/dryer, well supplied kitchen, ample sized living room and dining area.
We experienced a number of challenges with this property. However, the property manager, Ciara, was accessible, professional and addressed issues within her capability as quickly as possible. If it wasn’t for Ciara this would be a one star review.
Here are the cons: Smoke alarms did not work properly, shower liner was full of mold and mildew (resolved), AC went out for 24 hours (resolved), clogged bathroom sink (resolved), no kitchen towels or wash rags (resolved), not enough bath towels (resolved), lack of cleanliness (esp kitchen floor and walls/doors), significantly scuffed up walls, tape left on walls and ceilings from prior renters, holes in bdrm door & wall, rotted trim and mold in upstairs bathroom, shotty workmanship on bathroom tiling, missing towel bar in shower, no towel holders in upstairs bathrooms, no screens on windows (we couldn’t open windows when AC went out), broken window blinds, no TV’s in upstairs bedrooms, the games in game room were very roughly used or broken, and our car that was parked on the street in front of the condo was broken into.
Despite these challenges, our family did enjoy Nashville. However, this is a premium priced condo that we expected much more from.
