Great for a girls weekend
Location was very close to Broadway and also 12 south! Fantastic for a group of girls- plenty of bathrooms. Decor was very cute and trendy. We really enjoyed our visit to nashville.

Great spacious rental near broadway
Great for our stay. We had 10 adults, communication with property management was flawless and easy. The house had enough space and bathrooms for everyone to feel like they aren’t on top of one another. Just a quick Uber to Broadway and walking distance to some great coffee & hot chicken!

Nice property, nice area
We enjoyed our stay very much, plenty of beds and baths. I would have appreciate a garage remote or code as we had to open and close by entering and departing through the front door. The only other thing I would recommend is providing some water and coffee supplies, at least upon arrival. Other than that, it was very nice and quiet.

Great location!
This property was an easy drive to Broadway, arenas and other great locations. The quantity of condo steps were a bit of challenge for us older folks but the kids loved them. On the downside some of the mattresses are ready for an upgrade especially on the daybed. Getting into the garage from the alleyway for a large vehicle could be a challenge. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely book it again.

Overall the property was wonderful. A little bit tight for the parking in the back off of the alley. The beds were a little smaller than expected but with only 7 of us we made it work. Great price for the weekdays.

Gorgeous House In a Perfect Location
The house was perfect for our girls’ getaway but would also be equally perfect for a large group! The proximity to Broadway and other local attractions was better than I even thought yet the neighborhood was nice and quiet. If we didn’t feel like going to Broadway, the local bars and restaurants were perfect and walking distance to the home. Also the fact that we could park our car in the garage provided peace of mind when we weren’t driving around. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the communication of the owners left nothing to be desired. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Great property and location! Slept 11 of us comfortably for a bachelorette party. Having five bathrooms for all of us girls to get ready in was amazing. Such a rare find! Host was super responsive during our stay and very clear with instructions. Super close to broadway and the gulch. Both areas are about 8 minutes away with Uber. Very safe location as well. I would definitely stay here again if I had another big group going. Thank you so much!

Great location & nice room sizes!
We had a group of women ages 20 to 60, and we all had a great time. Small deck to have coffee on, large dining room table & a bar to accommodate us all. We never felt like we were bumping into each other. The 2 car garage was great, we were only ten minutes from downtown & The Gulch area. You could walk to a few stores & restaurants as well. Great location for sure! It was nice that there was some coffee supplied & soap, shampoo & conditioner. A lot of dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker & a Keurig. Having all the kitchen amenities were great, so we could cook meals there. I would highly recommend this!!

House Review
We had 8 girls staying here for the weekend and it was so great. I seriously have nothing negative to say about the property or property manager. They responded so fast to any questions I had. They even let me check-in about 2 hours early, which was so helpful. The best part about this house is that every bedroom had a full-size bathroom with it. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook. The neighborhood was right on the edge of a part of town that they seem to be trying to improve, but we never felt unsafe.
