"Everything was so pretty in this hotel! My wife and I loved it! The only negative points that I have is that the elevators smells to cigarrete for some reason and there's no clock on the public bath so you can't check the hour in the meantime you are in :) "

"Pretty new huge hotel with a long line of self check-in machines in the lobby of the over 40 floors building. Very generous supply of amenities every day. Clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket and train station. Mattress too soft for me."

"It was perfect for us since we need to travel to Arima Onsen (by bus) and Tokyo (Shinkansen). It's a few station away from Namba and Umeda. Easy walking distance but a busy station."

"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. "Great hotel that's right across the street from Dotonbori. As far as the room goes, my room was nice and spacious for a single bed. It was clean, the room amenities was adequate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Good price considering how close it is to Dotonbori. I would stay here again if I ever go back to stay in Osaka. "
