This condo was perfect for our small family. It provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can not ask for a better location, situated right by the beach and shops. Everything has been nicely updated and the place was very clean when we arrived.

Perfect place for a short visit. 1 block to the beach, 2 blocks to 3rd with great restaurants and shops. Building exterior is tired but interior is brand new with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, beach was across the street. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Pool was heated and very relaxing. Would consider staying here again when in Naples.

Perfect location and comfortable apartment
Fantastic place to stay...close to beach and 3rd Ave shops. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds...and a lovely pool. It is a retro looking motel which gives it a quaint charm in amongst the million dollar homes. Highly recommended.

Great stay and location. Two minutes to the beach.
This is our first time there and we really enjoyed our stay. Old school Naples accommodations but that's what has made Naples what it is. Clean, access to 5th Street Within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beach is only steps away as well 5 minute walk at best. We can make it in two or three. We would and will definitely stay again when we're in the Naples area. Small boutique experience and great location.

Location above all
Mariner condominium is 1 block away from the beach and shops (cafe!). It’s also ground level, which is convenient with strollers. I spent 7 amazing days with my three kids and husband there. The best is location and condominium facilities (laundry, pool, parking, easiness for delivery). Areas of opportunity that are no show stoppers (as I would return there-no questions asked!) are a bigger kitchen and renovating bathrooms. Other than that, it was AMAZING !!!! And our contact was live online help.

Nice location but in need of improvement
The owner was very nice and accommodating however there were many short comings. The coffee machine had not been cleaned out in a very long time and mold was growing inside. There was no trash can in the kitchen and the main bathroom sink only provided a trickle of water and the laundry facilities were out of order. The owner offered a discount for our stay that we very received.

Its everything you see and more
White sandy beaches, beautiful weather, azure blue skies, smiles and friends people creates the atmosphere at this unique part of the world. The condominium has been completely renovated, new from top to bottom and the staff, family could not have been more helpful, informative and the communication and entry into our condominium was with ease. The fishing pier is filled with people walking, fishing and makes a romantic place to go for the sunsets - steps away. The music on 3rd was fun to dance to, the restaurants were great to eat at and the ice cream- gelatto was delicious. The pool was crystal clear with new tile, new pavers on the deck and it is large enough so swim laps! We will definitely tell our friends and we will return for another get away soon.

Super cute condo close to beach and restaurants
My husband and I just returned from staying at the Naples Mariner! This beachy themed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (one king and 2 twins) was so cute, beautiful hard wood flooring with many rugs and bright and cozy! Spacious separate living room area could be closed off to separate the 2 bedrooms and their own baths that gave lots of privacy. Kitchen stocked with all utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, full size refrigerator and stovetop. Unit comes with one parking spot, 4 beach chairs and towels to WALK to the beach which is ONE block away and is miles and miles long of white sand for excellent walks! Other direction in walking distance is many restaurants and shopping of all kinds - no need to drive. Electronic door entry so no need to deal with keys was a plus! Heated, large swimming pool! Extremely friendly with reservations! We will be back!

The location is excellent because the property is in a great neighbourhood, within walking distance of the ocean and main streets. Unfortunately, the owner of this property was not forthcoming and did not advise us that there would be loud construction (tractors, chainsaws, etc.) on the condo property right outside the door of the unit, scheduled during our entire 4 night stay. Construction, starting at 8:30 am, affected our enjoyment of the unit and the safety around the pool area. The owner went MIA and did not respond when these issues were raised, in writing, during our stay. We were told, by other owners, that the HOA advised all owners of the construction many weeks ahead of our stay. We would have sought other accommodations had we been told in advance. FYI furnishings in this unit are basic eg. no hanging space for renters to hang dresses/suits/long garments, only open shelves in bedrooms no dressers, no full length mirror, minimal decor; no in-unit washer/dryer and no patio or outdoor area or clothes hanger to dry wet towels or bathing suits; mattress in secondary bedroom is just OK; very little sound proofing between units or outdoors. We would recommend NOT renting this unit (even after the construction is complete) or any unit rented by these specific owners. There are many other great units available for rent in the complex and in the neighbourhood.

Nice Condo in the heart of Old Naples!
Shannon and her husband have a lovely condo in between the 3rd St. restaurants, shops and the beach. Just step out the door and it’s a three minute walk either way. Farmer’s market was just a stone’s throw away. Great beds, furnishings and all round decor. Everything we needed including beach equipment and plenty of towels. Good sized pool too. Very responsive host and they answered all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again for a week or more. Thank you both for a wonderful listing and stay!

My best friend and I needed a much deserved short vacay and this cute condo was perfect. Perfect location to walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. The condo was well stocked, even though we didn't cook! Loved the 2bdrm/2bath for us girls

Good location with everything you need
The place is a bit older but everything was clean and everything we needed was there. Location is good with just a short walk to Naples pier and restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Would have liked a bigger tv and a tv in the bedroom but other than that stay was good.
