Nantucket - edge of town

On a quiet street one mile from town, this Cape Cod cottage provides three bedrooms with full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace, cable TV, patio with furniture, grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The driveway provides parking for three vehicles. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds. The downstairs has an open kitchen dining area. This rental allows a maximum of only five days.

Wow! We thought it was a 2 bedroom. It was a 3 bedroom plus 2 bathrooms, two amazing floors? Impeccably clean and well appointed. I highly recommend this property. It could sleep at least 8 people.i almost never left the cottage because it was so cozy! My only negative is...no handrails to get in and outside for fun. I have neuropathy

Older furnishings but very clean. Nice yard, surrounded by forest to give privacy from neighbors. Quiet area. Our main suggestion would be to provide something other than a half used jar of instant coffee to go with the coffee maker. Some coffee to actually brew would be nice.

5 of us total, baggage storage location upon arrival, easy access to the house once the 4:00 check in time occurred, great location that made everything we wanted to do on the trip easy to access. Second year in a row we’ve stayed here with the family, so we know what we’re getting. Location is a little out of town, but everything is very accessible by bike- beach downtown, Bartlett’s Farm (can’t be missed for sandwiches, pre made dinners, etc). Mary, the owner, is wonderful. A very relaxing place- we love it!

Perfect Family Location in Nantucket
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Mary was a wonderful host and her home was perfect for our family of 5. It has all the amenities of home, is near bike trails and not too far from town. We used Clyde’s cab to shuttle around when needed. We would whole heartedly recommend Mary’s home to anyone looking to stay on Nantucket.

We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on Nantucket! The location is great as well, minutes to the boat and to local shops grocery store etc.!! The hospitality and service you will receive at this home is top notch! I reached out asking if there was cable at the home, we were struggling to get it up and running( I am not a tech savvy person so I’m sure it was something super easy). Within seconds the homeowner reached out to tell us someone was on there way over. Within minutes the cable was up and running! The gentleman and son who showed up to take a look at the cable were super nice! Again I give this a 10 out of 10 for anyone that is looking for a place to stay

My friends and I stayed here for our friend’s wedding weekend. A lovely house, Mary was so communicative in the days leading up and the day of! Beautiful backyard with chairs to soak up the sun. Fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, plates, cups, etc. 10 min walk to an adorable coffee and sandwich shop called Surfside

Fantastic stay
Wonderful family vacation! Great location to town and surfside beach You do need bikes as it is about a mile to town or you can always take an Uber. We hope to be back next year.
