I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The area feels very safe and is quiet at night. It is a little out of the way but well connected by bus. And there are bunnies everywhere, it's adorable!
Easy to book, very reasonable price, quick checkin, excellent internet service, free parking. Large kitchen provided downstairs if needed. Overall very good stay.
Excellent value for price - staff were great and accommodating, bed was reasonably comfortable and facilities were clean. The only complaint I have was that the room smelled like feet. Became nose blind to it eventually but would recommend bringing air freshener.
The suite I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom were clean and lots of towels and toiletries to use. I asked for a room on the 1st floor adjoining my friend that I travelled with. No stairs and close to the front door. Common room was clean and convenient to my room. I had use of the fridge and freezer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
Really excellent value for the money if you are just looking for a simple and cost effective night's sleep. The property was very clean, including the shared bathroom. Renting out University residence rooms during the summer holiday is brilliant!! Well done!
This stay was amazing. Rob at the front desk was helpful and positive, also very accommodating when we asked to be in an ocean-facing room as it was our first time in Tofino. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all towels and toiletries were provided as well. My only complaint would be that there are no area to fill water bottles - but when we called Rob at the front desk he was brilliant and filled our bottles from their staff water tower at the front desk.
