"Very convenient for the station. We arrived with a lot of luggage so was offered an upgrade to a larger room for £10 per night, which we took. Glad we did as room was still compact but did what we needed for two nights. We were able to send a couple of our bags onto the next hotel using Black Cat. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging this for us. "

"This property is just opposite to Nagano station. Buses going towards Hakuba and Snow Monkey Park is on the same side as this Hotel (just opposite to Hotel). Had a 7 eleven convenience store next to the property."

"Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie. "

"A great location 15min walking distance to Jr Station. Very nice and clean. Plenty of drink bending machine, cup noodles and coin laundry downstairs. We skipped breakfast service and opted for outside instead. Thoroughly recommended. "
