"Excellent location with nearby stations and Luup bikes to get around. Staff were friendly and it was easy to understand the amenities in English. The hot springs and saunas are not tattoo-friendly and the signage is very clear, which was a bit disappointing but is an important part of respecting the culture. The breakfast was amazing, the first hotel breakfast that I really felt was worth it!"

"typical Japanese urban hotel. Rooms are compact. We had a room with two double beds, so cozy with two kids. Location was not that bad walking distance to the castle and Nagoya station. it would be better if they had on site parking."
