"This vacation spot was amazing. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast feel with the updated decor and very comfy beds. The indoor pool looked fantastic didn't have time to take a dip was to busy enjoying the downtown shopping and restaurants and The Village of Mystic and all the shopping ! The staff made us feel so welcomed with the complementary roomservice breakfast with just a text was a great touch ! "

"We decided to go The Bellissimo because we wanted to get away for our 3rd year wedding anniversary but didn’t want to leave the state in December because we also had our birthdays and Christmas that we had to consider for the month. We chose The Bellissimo because the pictures looked very elegant and the jacuzzi was a plus because it’s something we’re always looking for. Well when we walked into the hotel it was absolutely stunning and the customer service was superb. When we got to the room I was sure when we opened the door we were going to be unhappy and would have to complain about the fact that we didn’t have the jacuzzi bath we were expecting, but I was WRONG!! The room was beautiful and so clean, the jacuzzi was big and we even had his and hers sinks.We were like kids in a candy store. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating; even the restaurants we went to in the area were nice.. everyone made us feel so comfortable and at home. The only down fall was not having a microwave in the room and having to go downstairs to warm our food, but they did have a refrigerator. We loved it there and we’re already planning a trip for Valentine’s Day Weekend!!"

"Excellent value for this type of room. We booked while on the road and in need of a place for the night. Reviews were encouraging. We arrived early evening and were warmly greeted by Lisa and Christine. At check out we had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany. They and the other staff ( in the Bagel Bar) were all very friendly and helpful. The decor was pretty cool, too. I recommend Spark for a quick layover or for a visit to very nearby Mystic."

"Since we step foot on this hotel till our departure, the manager and staff made us feel welcome. Also, they made us feel like special guest. Last day, we spent the afternoon and night in our room. The breakfast was delicious."
