The location was great- prime beach spot, unbelievably close to the water, bc it was built a while back. This location is very seasonal, and people need to be aware that the first half of March there, is often in the 60’s, and that the outdoor pool will not yet be filled, and no beach chairs/umbrellas will be out yet. My kids did still have fun, but many days they were on the beach in hooded sweatshirts. Our particular condo is in need of some work. I loved the fact there was a room with 2 twin beds for kids, but there were some places the woodwork was really banged up, and a big spot in the living room where the wall had been spackled, but not yet sanded or even repainted. It was definitely missing attention to detail. You could tell that the bathtub off the master did not get used much, bc when tubs with jets don’t get used often enough, mold starts to build up in the jets. The first time my kids used the tub, black mold flakes were coming out. They need to run bleach water through those jets.
The people around the condos are very nice and friendly. The neighbors owned their condo, and brought over ice cream treats for our kids, which was very sweet.
If you use the indoor pool, they will not allow kids to bring any toys, inflatables, or even life jackets in the pool. Only water wings are allowed, and we didn’t have any with. They would not let my 3-year-old wear a life jacket. That seemed crazy to me.
A highlight of our trip was seeing dolphins from the beach.
