Beach therapy
Spectacular ocean view. Perfect for two people. The condo is comfortable and well stocked. One small caution: There are two steps down from the bedroom hallway into the living area. There is no railing at those stairs. Seniors may have a little difficulty at that spot. Luckily, the stairs are at the opposite end from the bathroom/bedroom; so nighttime trips are not affected.

Our unit was a bit run down. I think it is just an old property and it felt that way. It was not well stocked with basic things like kitchen towels or paper towels. Communication with the rental company was not great and they requested that I send a copy of my drivers license, credit card and then a picture of me with them both. It seemed very sketchy and I refused to do it. I had to go to their actual office and had to call to even get someone to come to the door. I was not impressed and do not recommend using Big Fish Rentals. Beach Cover Resort was also really run down. Lots of things seemed to be falling apart and not kept up well. Seemed dirty and not clean. The location right on the beach was nice, though.

Overall, not an awful experience. A few things that we did have issues with was room had roaches and I immediately brought it to their attention. Hours later, they laid down roach bait traps. Wife is absolutely horrified of roaches so I got to deal with that during my stay… the second was when we arrived, the place reeked of the smell of weed. Immediately notified and again, offered solutions for the issue. Not sure if the place ever gets swept or mopped because you walk around bare footed and would have sand all over your feet. Not sure I would want to stay at this place again. Will try another place next time.

BFF - V....Budget Friendly Family Vacation
I just stayed one night as I was passing through and visiting friends. The room was clean and comfortable. The view and location were great! This is a great spot for a budget friendly family vacation. A 1 bedroom can fit a family of 4 as long as your kids can sleep in a double together. You'll want to spend most of your time outside anyway! Property has a restaurant but you may want to rent a golf cart or keep the car keys handy for excursions. Great shopping and restaurants are either a good walk or a short ride away.

We would 100% stay at this property again. We were a family of four and the size of the property was just enough. We 10/10 recommend this place. The only complaint was that the pullout bed in the couch had a lot of sand in it, but fortunately we didn’t need to use it for our stay.. everything else was great!

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We were very pleased with the whole process of booking, checking in, staying, and checking out. Julie was great to work with and quickly answered any questions we had about the property. The views were great from our balcony! We will definitely consider staying here again!

We have stayed at beach cove in the past and knew it was in an area close to all kinds of shopping, food, and activities. This was such a good price we couldn’t pass it up! The room was updated and nice. Our mattress cover was stained on one bed but we thankfully only needed one. Some scuffs and small damages, we just made sure to alert the host upon arrival. Host was always very quick to answer so communication was wonderful! As far as the resort, they have been renovating for years. Currently, the indoor pool area was boarded off, one elevator at each tower was closed, only one outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs open, no lazy river and the tiki bar was closed (this is probably seasonal). They have updated the pool deck to a rubberized material so it’s not as slick. The pool was heated so we were able to swim with our 9 month old. For the price we would definitely stay here again! The room had a perfect oceanfront view and plenty of room for a family of 3

Very nice view of the ocean
Great place with my little family of 4. No issues at all. I was a little disappointed that the indoor pool was closed as it was pretty cold the weekend that we were there. But that doesn’t effect the nice stay we had at the condo. There was plenty of other things we enjoyed while we were out and about on the town.

Perfect vacation getaway!
The property was exactly what you’d imagine a beach getaway would be! Very neat and clean, great location, great space. It was beautifully decorated in a blue/gray/white beach scheme that was very welcoming and comfortable. The rental company was very efficient and detailed with instructions that covered everything we needed to know! We were able to go directly to our room thanks to the emailed access codes. They answered my questions promptly and professionally. I hope to book with them again next vacation!

Perfect beach vacation spot
We loved our stay at Beach Cove. Condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We loved the pools and other amenities. Perfect location right on the beach and close to Barefoot Landing. Julie and team were very quick to answer any questions during the booking process and made sure our stay was great. We highly recommend this condo and the Big Fish rental team. We will be back next year.

The contract following the vrbo reservation is too much
Nice location but place is tight for 4 people. The contract should be available at the time of vrbo reservation. Lot of the demands in there are unreasonable.
