Easter Break
Great location for the Grandchildren. They couldn't get enough of the water slides. The two bedroom unit was well equipped with plenty of room.

Our one week duration was nice. Had one appliance issue that was solved same day. King mattress should be replaced, kind of hard and feels lumpy. Walk to the beach is short, pool areas under each tower are great for kids and family. Daily activities carried out by condo staff. Overall great stay!!!

Great hotel amenities
This place was at a great location. So much to do here. As far as the condo the best parts were the connection between the kitchen, eating area, and sitting area, and the great view from all these spots. Also beds were very comfortable. Some small issues- included a bathroom fan that sounded like a jet engine, a broken front on one drawer in the second bedroom and limited storage space to put suitcases and other things after unpacking. Also the door to the closet in the second bedroom opens in a direction that makes it hard to access that space.

Great condo!
The TV in the master didn't work and the TV in the living room was burnt out. I messaged them and they responded RIGHT AWAY and replaced them with 2 new TVs within 24 hours. We loved the location and all the amenities. We will definitely come back.

Will stay again!
Everything is as advertised. Property is great, location is great. Extra bonus: jacuzzi tub in master! Ice cream truck isn’t there that long, don’t let the other reviews fool you. TV, couch, washer/dryer, everything was great. View is amazing, property is amazing, definitely lots to do! Plenty of parking in the garage too! Basketball court is behind the parking lot, the front desk rents out basketballs. I would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

Family vacation
We were there for 2 weeks. Great location, easy parking. Over all good unit. Didn’t like walking out of the front door and seeing the roof with all the industrial ac units going and only covered by a curtain. But we did not hear them once the door was closed. Just a few little things that need to be looked after. Never enough hot water in master bathroom but just in the shower. Frying pans just awful, everything stuck badly. TV in the living room is finished. The screen has no more color. But it fit the budget .

Great stay and here is the nitty gritty
We LOVED our time here. Great room, clean, perfect resort for our young family. Loved all the space we had in our condo. Nice neighborhood. Not too busy at all. We went in May but never had to fight for a place at the pools, never felt crowded, and beach was great. What didn't we like? We have an amazing bed at home, so neither one of us slept great in the king bed, and both had aches during the week. If you like to sleep in a cold space and have heavy blanket's, bring you own blankets! They just provide light ones. (Thankfully the air works great! ☺️) Bummed about such a late check in and such an early check out. Made it difficult with our young ones as we drive through the night. So in return had to book other rooms to accommodate our time. But honestly, otherwise, it was everything we needed and had such an amazing time. Will return again and just prepare differently for what we didnt love!

Myrtle beach vacation
Overall, we had an amazing trip. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to both towers amenities, as well as the beach. There’s a ton to do including sand volleyball, water slides, covered pool areas, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc. We loved all that was available to us. It was also an easy drive to great restaurants. The condo unit could use some TLC. It is apparent that it is never occupied by the owner. Most importantly, a new master bed is a must. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a mattress topper just to make it bearable but was still not great. The bed frames in the spare bedroom stick out so far with very little room to enter the bathroom , maybe 6 inches. A definite bruise maker. The carpet should be replaced and a fresh coat of paint. All bathroom and kitchen fixtures are wobbly and loose. Be prepared to purchase all necessities as there are no basic spices in the kitchen. You’ll need extra paper goods, toilet paper, paper towels and any and everything for the kitchen. The ice cream trucks are a constant and play Christmas music in the summer so maybe bring a portable speaker if you enjoy patio time. We experienced a water leak underneath the kitchen sink and a repairman was sent immediately which was appreciated. With a few minor adjustments, we could do 5 stars.

We will be back!
Great room in a great location. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, very roomy for a 2 bed! If you have kids, don't look any further you need to stay here!! There are so many pools and activities for the kids, it never felt crowded and everything is very clean and well kept.

Big Warning for this location.
So, let’s start by saying that it was a good property. I’m not sure when the last time the host actually visited the property but it would seem like it’s been awhile as her instructions aren’t very accurate. The water parks and pools were great. There is a toilet “trailer” located on the south tower pool deck that reaks of sewage, don’t believe it was emptied once while we were there for a week. Now let’s move on to the room. Pretty sure the couch is 10-15 years old and extremely uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are a joke and you might as well use the coin laundry. The beds are comfortable but a little squeaky. Great view from the balcony, that being said if you plan on relaxing out there in the evening you’ll be sorely disappointed. There is a beach access parking lot between the two towers and there is an ice cream truck that is there all day and night blaring ice cream truck music, the resort can’t do anything about it. Then there’s the major issue, if one would have been found and it was small I wouldn’t be writing this. After the 7th one was found it is absolutely disgusting, and yea I am talking about roaches. Contacted the host and said sorry we spray once a month. You have to spray once a month for roaches… I would never stay in this room or this property ever again, do not recommend and just want everyone to know.

We stayed for a week at the beginning of June and it was great! We loved going back and forth from the beach to the pools. We only left for groceries and to ride the sky wheel, otherwise we were content to just relax. We loved that the water parks on site offered both indoor and outdoor pools, and splash pads, and lazy rivers. There is a large parking garage across the street for you to use, and the unit was clean and well cared for. Communication with the host was easy, and she was responsive and polite. The unit felt large and easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 children. If we come back to Myrtle Beach we'd stay here again!

It was beautiful!
The place was clean, comfy and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach. The facility had so many fun things for the kids to do and the restaurant inside the facility had great food, not to mention a Starbucks! The owner was very nice and easy to work with and promptly responded when contacted when we booked it. We will definitely be looking forward to future stays!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Nice building But......
This building is very nice and fun for the kids with the kiddie pools and the adult pools and very close proximity to the beach. The apartment was clean but stained and outdated furniture. The couch cushions were soo worn that sitting on it was like sitting on the floor, very thin. This unit also did not have the most functional kitchen appliances. The stove barely worked, the fridge took 2 days to work forcing me to throw out a bunch of food and almost made me lose my breast milk. The property manager, Rufia is not responsive at all but luckily she gave a different contact who answered. Told me i put too much food in it. Call me crazy bit fridges are meant to hold food and to be cold at the same time. For the money and the caliber of the apartment they can easily buy a stove and fridge from the 2000s. The fire alarm also started beeping very loudly because the battery was dying. Its just a lot to handle on vacation. The balcony has a nice view but is facing a public parking lot where there is an exorbitant amount of noise and since the pools are open till 11 there is no quite until after 11. The good news is inside it isnt that loud. I would def stay at this place again but not through these owners. Will consider just rending from the building, its like a hotel.
