Great stay, Great Location
This unit was very clean, and had a great view of the beach and ocean. All the amenities were outstanding, and most of the staff were polite and courteous. The only problem I had was, our vehicle cannot fit into the parking garage. There were sedans and sports cars parked in the oversize vehicle parking area that could easily fit in the parking garage. This caused us to have to block park several blocks away a couple of nights. Patricia Grand needs to do a better job of enforcing the parking areas and rules. I would’ve been happy to park in the parking garage if my vehicle had been under the height requirement.

Do better at cleaning and sanitizing
Not very clean. For it being a pandemic and “trying “ to be a “clean” hotel, I give a thumbs down. What exactly are they wiping down? To prevent spreading of this virus? Floors were not clean. Dust on night stands. And Bathroom cabinets (underneath) come on hotel staff, do better!!! 80% of the people were not wearing a mask. No social distancing.
