Wonderful house, exactly as described
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with-kept me informed every step of the way. House was as described. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying every year here since 2013. It is because it is roomy enough for our big group to spread out and and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds are getting very warn though, owners should look at replacing the mattresses soon. The TV's are as pictured, small and strangely placed and old cable only, but I'm sure like the majority of your time it would be outdoors like we did so not much of a issue. There were a few issues that continues, the pool light has never worked, we got golf carts rentals, both were electric so they both had to charge this year, but the only plug on ground level has a timer on it and only lets you charge them during daylight hours only, so you can only time to charge them is time you want to be out on them! Would like see more stuff in the kitchen not enough silverware for a big group, no containers or non stick pans ect. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing in the back by the pool and hammock or just a block & 1/2 from the beach. Very close to the pier that had something going on every night.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will not rent from this company again. They only seem to care about the inside of the unit. This house was very dirty on the outside with cow webs all over. The picnic table was cover in sand, the pool was not on. The pool area was filthy. We had to clean the area, including the lounge chairs in order to use them. The balcony areas were filled with spire webs. It looked like this property has been unattended for years.

The only thing I would say is the pool area could use some TLC other than that, we will be back next year!!

Great Place, Needs a Few Things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Sandy Paws very much. The layout of the house is wonderful for a large family. The distance from the beach was perfect, and we did enjoy the view from the deck. The property needs a few repairs (slow drains, repair the Lazy Susan, and low water pressure in some bathrooms). Also, we had to clean the pool sides...they were grimy and we cleaned them. The back yard is great, lots of room. Beds are comfortable. We would stay here again, but the owners need to do some work over the winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very roomy. We had plenty of space and the kitchen had many supplies to cook with. The house was in a great location from the beach it only took a few minutes to walk there. The pool was also great except for when it rained. There is a palm tree close to the pool and when it would rain it would was a lot of dirt into the pool from the tree. The only disappointment was the bedding. The pillows, mattress covers, and blankets seemed dirty and we had to wash them before making our beds which took time from us being on vacation. Maintence from Garden City was great, the washer would not drain and the maitence man told us this happens all the time and it was clogged up for a while, but he got it back up and running in no time. We would stay here again.
