"Staying at this hotel was not without its challenges. I appreciated that it was a brand new hotel (opened only 3 weeks before my stay). I think this was one of the reasons for the challenges. Hot water and proper water pressure was a problem. The cleaning staff would sometimes not replace the complementary bottles of water and toilet paper.
