"The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of. "

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"Property was as described. Massimo the property manager was easy to communicate with. He tried to accommodate our requests. Venice the city is not for anyone with mobility issues the bridges it made to difficult to travel "

Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. Yet, despite killing all mosquitoes that day, there were more to greet us each night after touring. Property manager and maid had been in the property...
