While Grand Hotel is a fantastic historical place to visit, it is NOT handicapped friendly. Access and physical hindrances make it unreasonably difficult to appreciate the environment which is unique. Our junior suite had No handicap facilities (although requested beforehand). Professional, service minded personnel did their best to make our 8-day stay pleasurable.

Unfortunately, the museum was in between exhibitions when I went, so only one room was open. However, the display there was very good and entrance was free.
