「I needed somewhere to stay as I was driving a very long distance to attend a family funciton. My search criteria for accommodation includes, King Bed, Off street Parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, won't stay anywhere that has a shower curtain instead of glass screen. I always check reviews, and the reviews for Mercure Rouse Hill were very favourable. It is a little difficult to find but it is a true surprise in the very best way. Clean, modern and lots of eateries to choose from. 」

「Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.」

「Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.」
