"Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging...

Only problem was that there was a glitch in expedia booking causing me to double book. Even though the hotel was informed in advance and contacted my Expedia to change this they refused to refund. That is dirty and the truly don't need the money that bad to do something like that."
