"We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!"

"House was amazing! Impeccably clean and very secure. Loved the bedroom set up and the rooftop deck looking out on park. Great dining options close. My only complaint was the barking dogs all night and that is something out of owners control. Would highly recommend - just bring earplugs 😉"

"Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"Perfect home away from home to explore San Ignacio. Located in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and sounds. We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s place. Terry was kind, helpful and attentive. The pool was a definite asset after hot days exploring. Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Short walk to grocery store, town, restaurants etc. Very convenient to have Cayo Expeditions pick us up right at the house for tours. We loved our stay here! "

"The Treehouse was perfect for the last part of our Belize holiday. Tito, the caretaker was on site when we arrived. He was extremely helpful & communication was prompt. We liked how it is centrally located, so we could enjoy the many activities in and around San Ignacio. Loved hearing all the sounds of the jungle in the mornings and cooling off in the pool late in the day. A rare find for a truly different lodging experience; we would recommend The Treehouse. "

It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. "We loved staying here! It’s secluded, intimate, and just picture-perfect. Abner was a great host and responded to small hiccups we experienced throughout the stay. There’s no light pollution so the stars shine bright and the howler monkeys made their presence known at night. The view in the morning is something to write home about. "Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. "Casa Carimi is a gem in San Ignacio! The house is incredibly clean and well-stocked, and Helen’s supermarket is close for anything else you might need. Mark was very responsive with communication and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend Casa Carimi when in San Ignacio!!"

"Fantastic customer service from the moment i checked in. Carlos, Sariya and Marisol were Fantastic. Carlos even gave us an evening tour of the lush groubds to searxh for exotic animals. I perfect place to stay to explore the Mayan ruins. Highly recommend this wonderful, beautiful property."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the beautiful bedspread and red sheets. Staff was friendly and wonderful! Room was clean and very comfortable. We had a car and parking was available and easy. The only complaint is that the pool was not open and there was loud construction going on. Didn’t spend a lot of time in room. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend. "
