"The property and the stay was great. However, during after-hours, the number to the front desk routes to a Support Center. We had a challenging time informing the hotel about a late, after-hours check-in. The phone connection was bad, the Support person barely understood what we were saying. Informed us to 'email' the front desk about the late check-in. Once we reached the hotel, the in-person after-hours check-in was smooth"

"Our stay in Cabin 3 was top notch. Nice gas fireplace kept us toasty. The log cabin was built very solid. Mattresses were firm but comfortable. All the lights worked and there were charging cables on my lampstand."
