“Fun place to stay! Hot tub, fire pit and well- appointed kitchen make it great!”

“I stayed here with my daughter, son in law and 2 and 4 year old children. It was really nice and there was a small fenced yard that the kids loved. We would book this again. There is only one parking space so I parked a block away, around the corner, not a big deal once the car was unpacked. A shelf in the second bath would have been helpful. The owner was very kind and responsive. Truly an excellent experience. Highly recommended.”

“It is so hard to find a place to stay for a family of 9. This was an ideal set up for us with one adult child, one teen and 5 kiddos under age 10. The interior of the home is beautiful and everything was well stocked. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, including Margaritaville and Pizza My Heart! “Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!”

My only con was that the listing is strict about climbing over the rocks to get to the beach by any guests as well as not going onto either neighbors patio ( of which we complied). However, both neighbors used our patio to climb over the rocks to the beach…. So maybe a little less pressure on renters about it. ”

“It’s a very nice home and location. We would have liked to have some cleaning materials like Ajax and 409 to clean up better after ourselves. We bought some of those while there. There were no chairs with backs on them so sitting around to play games got a bit tiring but beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. ”

“Wonderful house, well furnished and clean, a short drive to just about anywhere you'd want to go, and a mere 5 minute walk to the beach down a lovely well maintained path. Mark was very responsive to any questions we had, we'd recommend the "Rose" to anyone!”

“House is in a perfect location for days spent at the beach, which is just down the street, no driving required. Neighborhood is quiet and it's peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the sea air. The large dining table was enjoyed for every family meal and the home comfortably slept our three generations. The host, Michelle, was incredibly responsive and generous with the flexible check in and check out times.”

“The property is gorgeous. It is centered around redwood trees and has stairs down to the river. The landscape of the property is beautiful and well-maintained. I cannot give it full stars due to one thing that was not well listed. We booked the deluxe cottage thinking it was a larger sized cottage for my husband and I to go on a quiet vacation. When we got there, we saw that the deluxe cottage had a shared wall instead of being a solo cabin. I wish I had known that prior to booking because there……
