"We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. After several emails (that were answered quickly) with the managers of the property, they were able to assure us that we would have the space that we needed for our son and his wheelchair. "Condo was great. I overall really enjoyed the condo. All amenities were in good shape and very clean. My only suggestions would be a reserved parking spot for the unit. Finding a spot was very unpredictable."
