"This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property."

"It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. "Large clean rooms (no hairs/dust/stains), but as other reviewers mentioned it is OLD. So there’s an inherent smell because of all this old furniture and on our last night, the sheets they switched were so musty and gross smelling that we couldn’t sleep and had to shower in the morning.
