"Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. "Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."

"Location is excellent, so many supermarkets at every corner and close to station. Even with large luggages it was easy. The apartment is super spacious. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Microwave was disgustingly dirty. Fridge had milk spills and had unidentifiable stuff. Repeatedly asked for dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets but was never given. No dining and bedroom lights, which they took 2 days to fix. Had to take the bulb from standing lamp to replace the bedroom...

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"This was a wonderful little gem and we were sad to leave it. A cosy little apartment, which was a great base in a safe and convenient area. "Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. First Vienna trip

"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "
