"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"Be careful not to miss it on the road - that said, once you turn in from 390, the place is unassuming but highly hospitable. The room we stayed in met all our needs - including a kitchen nook equipped with cooking needs and plates and silverware. "This is our second time renting here, we stayed last summer. This place is absolutely perfect, clean, stocked with amenities and so cute! The firepit is awesome and there are so many adorable deer and critters that visit you day and night! The host is so nice and very communicative! We did not have one issue last summer or this fall! It was a short walk to the lake area and heated pool, especially since we ended up with a cool, cloudy week, the kids enjoyed the heated pool.
