"Good hotel "

"Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the lounge. The property was immaculate comfortable and cosy. Everything was supplied ie coffee tea etc Was offered room cleaning but it was not required. Staff were very helpful and friendly Would definitely recommend "

"There were a few niggles credit card would not work when signing in Told to go in the tottaly wrong direction and floor to get to our room Breakfast first morning a disaster ordered 2 poached eggs on toast you could bounce the eggs of the floor they were that hard my wives breakfast was put aside and forgotten about and came with fried egg that would have passed for a hard boiled one bacon incinerated we were having to go to meet people and couldn’t wait for breakfast and to make do with so...

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location with loads of parking but you could walk to the town. we really enjoyed the stay, were a bit wary having read past reviews. This is a coach stop hotel and the main downside as they book the coach party in for dinner at 7pm so we could not get a dinner reservation until 8.45pm which was really to late after travelling all day but we were DBB. "

"Mansion House Hotel is an unexpected gem. The team are all friendly and approachable, room was of good standard and clean, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We would happily stay again."

"Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time."

"We had a lovely stay at the Grant Arms Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar area was well maintained and the restaurant served some lovely dinners and breakfasts. Would highly recommend a stay at this pleasant and picturesque hotel!"
