"Check in was a breeze, reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the Complimentary breakfast was not good, most food was lukewarm and no flavor. Omelette station saved the day. Checkout was easy. Valeria was wonderful; my grandson left his dress shoes and she reached out via text to notify and make arrangements for pickup or option to donate. Overall very pleased."
