"WOW...not many places have that amazing WOW factor, but Avalon delivered on every aspect. Stayed with 2 friends, and the accommodation was just perfect with three double on suite rooms. "Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. "The location was fabulous. The actual property could be fantastic. Many problems occurred No hot water for over a week. Poor communication with property manager. Water leaked that flooded downstairs and we had to sweep it out. Several pieces of furniture were worn out!!! Had trouble with dishwasher. No light in refrig.
